• 1 3/4 oz gin
• 1/2 oz Salers or Cocchi Americano
• 1/3 oz rutabaga juice
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 yellow tomato
• 1 tsp peppercorns
Grate one rutabaga and squeeze through a cheesecloth. Add all ingredients to shaker tin and muddle tomato and peppercorns with a muddler. Shake hard with ice for ten seconds and double-strain into martini glass. Garnish with split pea and tomato slice on a pick.
