• 2 oz mezcal
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Chambord
• 1/2 oz honey and star anise syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1/2 plum
Heat 1/2 cup water with 1/4 honey and stir. Add four star anise pods and allow to infuse overnight. Add all ingredients to shaker tin and muddle the plum. Shake for eight seconds with ice and serve on the rocks with a lemon wedge.
