Silk Flowers


• 2 oz cognac

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 3/4 oz lavender syrup

• 2 figs

• 1/4 nectarine


Make a simple syrup by heating 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water. Add two tablespoons dried lavender and allow to infuse overnight. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin and muddle fruit. Shake with ice for eight seconds and double-strain into your fanciest coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
