Peanuts with Garlic and Lime


Whether you need a snack with cocktails, or your guests want to munch while watching the game, these peanuts are the perfect solution when hunger hits. In this recipe, garlic and tangy lime coat the nuts to create a delicious flavor that is perfect for your party.

1 ½ cups roasted, unsalted peanuts

1 tbs olive oil

juice of 1 Wonderful Citrus lime

zest of 1 Wonderful Citrus lime

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp fine ground

sea salt


1. Heat the peanuts in a small skillet over medium-high. Toss the nuts around the pan to heat evenly. Cook for about 1 minute, until you begin to smell the peanut aroma.
2. Stir in the olive oil, lime juice and lime zest.
3. Continue to cook until the nuts begin to brown, about 1 minute more. Remove the pan from the heat.
4. Stir in the garlic powder and sea salt. Turn the nuts out onto a baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Cool before serving.
