Rambutan Milkshake
Ingredients:
15 rambutans (about 1.5 cups of pulp)1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp honey
1.5 cups crushed ice
Instructions:
Remove skins and seed from rambutans.Add pulp and honey to blender, blend.
Add milk, cream and crushed ice and blend.
Pour, garnish with whole rambutan, serve immediately.
